We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone found violating these terms.
3. Orders and Production
- Quotation & Confirmation: All quotes provided by Attirify are valid for a limited time. Orders proceed only after written confirmation and initial deposit.
- Sampling: Clients can request samples before bulk production. Sample costs may vary based on complexity and fabric requirements.
- Production Timeline: Estimated timelines are provided upon confirmation but may vary depending on order volume, design changes, or supply conditions.
- Modifications: Any changes after production has begun may affect pricing or delivery schedules.
4. Pricing and Payments
- A deposit (usually 50%) is required before production begins.
- The remaining balance must be cleared before shipment or delivery.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, sketches, and product concepts shared by clients remain their intellectual property.
Attirify retains rights to its own proprietary processes, templates, and sample patterns used during production.
Clients agree not to replicate or distribute Attirify’s production templates without written consent.
8. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all information shared with us, including designs, patterns, and business data. Attirify will not disclose, reproduce, or share your information with third parties except as required to fulfill your order or by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Attirify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.
